The delivery was very fast however one part was missing which is the top part which allows the water flows.

Loved the fountain and my cat did too but we couldn’t find replacement filters- so we had to buy a completely new fountain from a different brand!!!!

The way the water come out is weird and my cat doesnt drink fromThere at all. He literally hated it

Been about a month I have been using this for my kittens.They love it, due to the flowing water they end up drinking lots of water which is a good thing.However 2 days back it randomly stops working in the middle of the day. I suspected maybe the connection was loose or my kittens tugged on it but that was not the case.Tried on different plug points and took off the pieces. I could hear the motor running which means the machine was working but there was no water flow.Cleaned up the entire set, refilled with fresh water, and still nothing.Just stopped working after a month.Looked like a really nice product and suits the look of a modern contemporary home as well but performance-wise it has been disappointing.

Can’t find filters for it . Ordered some on Amazon but they are all different sizes than this. Somebody help!!
