Please adjust the intensity to "0" after using it. Make sure that the machine is turned off and puck the glass tube out of the handpiece.

Love it !!!
I purchased this because my last one of a different brand name stopped working. I used it daily for a couple of years then burned out. I missed using it. This works perfectly and the price was right. I hope it lasts because it is really invigorating.

1 tube does not work
The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, only 1 tube works , while another fails.
