I have always been on an assortment of medications for acne including birth control spironolactone and tried to get facials as often as I could to treat my acne. I’ve had acne prone skin since I started puberty as well as hormonal acne. I started getting sick from birth control and I decided to stop everything altogether- from the harsh active products/facials and all meds. I started using OTC face wash and moisturizer and taking these supplements at the same time and I kid you not within 1 whole week my skin has cleared up at least 98%. Though it could be a combination of all changed aspects, I truly feel that had I not been taking these I would not have seen improvement quite so fast or prevented future breakouts. I researched reviews on this product before buying so hope this helps someone else! Highly recommend trying this product!

I get a small one here and there but now I’m just focusing on getting rid of the scars and hyperpigmentation.UPDATE: 8/20/20I'm heart broken, these stop working for me :( I really thought I had found the solution for my acne. Sadly, I'm having a bad break out that I cant control and these have not been helping anymore..

I moved on to the new pack shown on the left before finishing my old one and started breaking out more they must have changed the quality of the product as you can see the turmeric tablet is brown and not bright orange and they swapped product. Hope my package was just a fluke, I've kept my acne in check with this product for over a year, I would hate to search for a new product to replace this.

I’ve had countless antibiotics and medications (pill and topical) from the dermatologist that would never get to the root of my cystic acne. I gave this a try after desperate measures. It has helped tremendously!!! I live that I’m not putting more harmful chemicals into my body and I still use a strong topical retinoid. I have been struggling with hormonal acne around my chin and jaws. This type of acne is deep under the skin and is not easily remedied with extraction. I have gone to many dermatologist and have been prescribed retin- a, other topicals, spirinolactone, antibiotics, you name it. My acne was painful and none of those medicines helped. The inky thing i have used is benzoyl peroxide and salyciric acid for topical treatment. Im hoping these vitamins continue to do the trick. If you’re like me, it’s worth a try.
