I love this bed, but my 55lb mutt can only sit in it, she does not have enough room to lie down. My smaller one, 25lbs, still has some wiggle room. But the base has a lumpy feel where the feet/posts push up through the base. You need a good thick cushion pad to make it comfy. Also it tends to trap moisture and the bedding gets damp. It can be cleaned well but takes a bit of effort as the surface is not smooth.
