The media could not be loaded.  I was a bit leery about buying this because of the other reviews saying it pinches the neck. But I find with my average neck it works out just fine. It provides a cozy warmth with a kneading massage. Another nice feature is that it shuts off automatically before overheating. I find it really relieves pain - in my case, I use it for chronic pain. It's very easy to use. There's just a few buttons and it's obvious what they are for. Also, it can be used in many different places, not just the neck and shoulders. I usually take it all the way down my spine, stopping at each level to massage stiff muscles. I have even laid it flat on its back and put my foot on it for a foot massage. And if you're careful and don't put too much pressure on it you can use it for your hip. I would recommend this product. I've had it for a little while and it has not broken.

I have tried so many massagers but this one stood the test for me. I purchased 3 and gave 2 to my son and daughter last Christmas and they both told me they loved it and it really works! This product is the best and I highly recommend it.

Keeping in mind I have had it for 1 day exactly, it has worked out several of some pretty gnarly knots so far! It hurt so good I began to wonder if I would get addicted to it! I have a friend who owns a full size massage chair and the shiatsu part does the same thing, but the cool thing with this, you can move it exactly where you need it when you want to, you're not stuck getting just what the chair aims for. If you think about it, this is way more versatile, and way less expensive than a huge $5,000 or so chair.I wanted to take off half a star because the remote is in a funky spot, for my taste anyway, but the system only does full stars.Overall, so far, I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I have tried a few of these and some of them are double the price, this one works just as well. I have enjoyed using it on my neck and shoulder area to loosen up tight muscles.

Fast delivery, as described. Cons: awkward around the neck- didn't sit right. You have to literally pull the straps down to keep massager from rolling off of your neck. I didn't care for this so I'll continue looking for something not so bulky

The description says it includes a charger which made me think it was cordless. It isn't. I didn't actually try the massager as I was buying for a friend who needs cordless so I can't comment on the product that way.
