That's great for me since I have a truck load of allergies. For best results, place the amount desired in a paper bag and fold the top of the bag over a few times. I cooked mine for 3 minutes with perfect results, but the time is really dependent on microwave wattage. If you find unruffled chips, simply remove puffed chips and return unpuffed pieces in bag to cook for an additional 30 seconds or so in the microwave.
