Jury is still out on whether or not the supplement is effective since I just started taking it; hence the 4 stars. Other reviews were not lying on how large this pill is! I have no issues taking pills so I thought people may have been exaggerating. But my goodness this thing is massive! I still don’t have an issue taking it. But those who have an issue with pills should beware. I thought my daily vitamin was large, (2nd photo is this pill compared to the multivitamin & what I consider a normal size capsule )

This is my 2nd Bottle, - and I like everything about it. The Plant Sourced Omega-3, pills are easy to swallow, no after taste, no burps, no bad smell, just a great way to get your Omega-3. Container is very dark, to keep out sunlight, - with screw-on cap, - fully labelled, - with everything you need to know - just read it. I am very happy with this product. 1 capsule/day, so about a 3 month supply, plus 10-days. I shall, for sure, reorder this again. Been buying Nature Made products for many years. Me he realizado estudios de laboratorio y mejoró mi salud, las tomé por 3 meses y suspendí, luego otros 3 meses y así sucesivamente hasta terminarlas, en mi caso me resultaron efectivas, el inconveniente al principio fue el tamaño de la cápsula pero luego me acostumbre.
