Great stone
When I was feeling like stressful that respond to emf radical such as mobile, wifi, microwave, and laptop. Neighbors may have negative vibes that I could feel from my bedroom, which is right next place. I decided to order a Shungite Pyamird unpolished. It is a small and cute. I noticed that my feeling is different when I have it in my bedroom, like started calm. It works.

Worked for us
I placed these in our livingroom, bedrooms below our tv’s and one next to wireless router. We have all slept great since. Our littlest one no longer has bad dreams. I have now ordered bigger ones to put in the center of or most used rooms just to add more peaceful protection from EMF disturbances. I was skeptical, but they worked for us. Put 1 of the discs on our devices, ordered more, I think 2 on each will work better, 1 by camera, but will be putting a second by where we hold the device in our hand too.

Better dreams
Thought I was reordering my previous purchase but this little pyramid was about half the size. Other than that, these things are great, keep near the 5g router. Another thing you may want to consider that is awesome is earthing grounding pillows, they work, something to do with ions, I've never slept so well, I used to wake up every morning at 2:00 or 3:00 so the anxiety, no more, and my sister has to fight her cat for the pillow, this cat was semi feral and purred or tried to get on the pillow, now she thinks she owns it, she sits there and purrs and she attacked my sister the other day over it, needless to say they are buying kitty her own grounding earthing pillowcase cover.
