I don't think there is any real gimmick here. It is just a really great facial massage tool - similar to what happens if you go and spend $125.00 bucks at the spa and they do acupressure massage. It really does make your skin glow and gives everything a smoother appearance. I think it really smooths out my forehead wrinkles and I feel like it helps with my slightly sagging chin area. My husband laughs every time I pull it out - which is about 10 times a day - but even he admits it makes my skin look younger and better.
