This helmet did not disappoint my son and I when we received it in the mail.

Bought this for a costume and honestly it's great. Smelled a bit funky at first and it took a little bit to break it in, but it was worth it.Being a monstrous 6'6" I frequently hit my head on things like low-hanging lips of ceilings on staircases, or light fixtures and decorations. I wasn't really watching where I was going and ran downstairs with this on and absolutely smashed my head into the lip of the ceiling but didn't feel a thing. It was loud, sure, but I came away unscathed.My only complaint is that the little thing on the side designed to hook onto the front of the helmet doesn't actually hook onto it like it's supposed to, but it doesn't really matter much to me.

It seems okay aside from a few scuffs on the paint and the inside being extremely sticky.Edit: after having it for awhile and wearing it a few different times its definitely a great helmet, rather comfortable and at this point I dont even notice the scuffs.

Visor clasp was damaged beyond function. Helmet is advertised to have a lining, it does not. Helmet was badly dented and the paint was chipped. Helmet is much larger than it appears and does not fit well. I am returning the one I purchased and am very dissatisfied.
