How do u clean the fans when it gets dirty?

Dust brush from your vacuum clearer.

The fan does make noise but is not a bother to me. Much quieter than the one I had on my PS3.

Is this made by you guys “fast snail”? or is this product made by “kootek”? because they look very similar and i want to purchase the better brand.
