A: This product can be used with warm water or milk. Every microwave is different but in mine if I heat for one minute it's fine. If you put protein powder into liquid that is too hot it clumps .

A: I don't know if there is an unflavored "Fusion" I like the vanilla because I can add fruit or some veggies and it tastes great compared to so many other protein mixes that are too chalky and peculiar tasting.
