Boiron Arnicare Gel is one of my favorite products and something I’ve known about since I was a child. My grandmother, who was a certified massage therapist, always kept this on hand and used it regularly for sore muscles and bruises. The gel is lightweight, non-greasy, and fragrance-free, so it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any residue on the skin. I love that it’s made with natural ingredients and can be used whenever you need relief. I’ve found it really helpful for muscle soreness, inflammation, and bruising. It’s one of those products I always like to keep in the house because it works so well and can be used for so many little aches and pains. Overall, this is a simple but incredibly effective product and one I’ve trusted for years. It’s definitely a staple in my home for sore muscles and minor injuries.

Best for achy knees, feet, shouulder, neck or bruises. I love it so much that I have it delivered to loved ones. Arnica doesn’t smell, stain sheets or glom on the skin. Kids who are upset from an accident do find it threatening. Also works this way on ornery seniors. My shoulder and knee were froze and immobile with deep burning pain. Daily application and rubbing Arnicare into my shoulder completely fixed it.

Fantastic product. A mild, sage, easy to apply topical pain and bruise relief product. Great price. Been using this product for many years. Even helps feet feel better when walking alot.

I bought this and the lotion because I kept getting large bruises from hockey pucks during my hockey games. I put the gel on first and then this for extra potency and I am not going to lie I was shocked by how well this worked. My bruises (even old very prominent ones) were about 50-75% better after first applying. It really helps with discoloration and made me feel more comfortable wearing shorts again with large bruises on my legs. I kept applying for several days and the discoloration was nearly gone. The lump from the bruise was still there where I could feel it but all of the colors had faded. I highly recommend this for athletes or anyone looking to heal bruises quickly. I do prefer the gel only because it dries faster, but I do combine both when getting out of the shower whenever possible because I do think they work well together also after the gel dries. I feel i can rub the lotion in more than the gel. I do recommend both products though or whichever type you prefer because they clearly work.

Arnica is very effective and very natural! I used this for the first time on a few cystic pimples. Ones that were beginning and ones that I had previously extracted and were healing. With the new spots, this topical gel relieved a lot of pain and swelling!! Not so much redness, but it’s not supposed to. With the older healing spots, this didn’t really improve healing, I think the alcohol in it irritated it a bit more actually. I can’t wait to try it on a sore muscle or injury.. well I can wait haha but at least I know I will have something that works for pain!
