I bought this specifically for a crustless quiche recipe but it would make a great tart dish, too. The dish cleans up well and more importantly bakes evenly. The dish is pretty, so it also presents well. I highly recommend it!

It's not Chinese porcelain, which put Greek potters out of business. It's red clay with flowers hand painted, then glazed and burnt. Okay for home but not commerce. After a few trips to the oven, it stains and requires Ajax to remove. Too heavy for a little old lady, and like all clay items: don't drop! I prefer it to metal as it is white and easier to clean. This is a beautiful dish! I’ve never written a review about a dish but this is gorgeous! Super high quality and elegant. Bakes and comes out clean. Doesn’t stick and dishwasher safe. Oven to table and looks beautiful. Would make a wonderful gift also.

Picture just doesn't do it justice. It's so pretty. I haven't used it yet but it is very sturdy. I also purchased coordinating bakeware. dishes. I love how my bakeware rack looks now. Just gorgeous.

Very happy, so far crust has never stuck without greasing the pan and a light greasing worked for a frittata. Has made many quiche for us and is the right size.

I've only used it once or twice for making a quiche but it baked well and the dish came out clean after a dishwasher wash. The size is nice too, a little bigger than the ones I bought years ago.
