Good machine for beginners
The media could not be loaded. Machine had issues, sent out for repairs, came back working fine then after a couple weeks it would start having problems again, I’ve sent the machine out for repairs three times, not user error as I have been doing this for over a year now and had no issues for 9 months till December. Machine is currently being serviced so hopefully they finally find the issue. Otherwise the machine stitches great and is easy to use. Very fun and beginner friendly.

Amazing
I have the Brother 4x4 then upgraded to the 5x7 and wellllll….I now have the Brother 6x10. They are all amazing machines! I like the 6x10 the best because it eliminates most jump stitches.

Great machine
I have been using this machine for my small business now for a few months and it has been great! I had another brand previously and wasn’t sure about the switch but now I won’t go back! Ease of use has been the biggest positive!

Absolutely perfect
The media could not be loaded. First of all, thank you so much for the upgrade to the better machine! I have made zipper bags, purses, hats, all kinds of things with this machine since I got it last week.It automatically cuts the jump stitches, runs smoothly, is extremely similar to my brother PE 800 but it is smoother and faster. The larger hoop is a godsend! It arrived safely and quickly. It's everything I could've ever wanted!

The media could not be loaded. I don’t think this is normal, i will definitely be looking to return or exchange this for a better one…Update: I contact their customer support and they were able to assist me with my issue super quick! They resolved my issue by sending me a new embroidery unit!

Got upgrade for same price.
I like the large 6X10 hoop for the price. Plus, I got the 1700e for the price of the 1600.ALSO, I had the BEST customer service from the Seller, iShopTops.com. I had an issue with the machine when I tried to update the software. Did all the things that Brother techies had me do, as well as take it to an authorized service center, but they were unable to fix it. It was slightly out of the return window so I contacted the seller and they were more than willing to help me out. I WILL BUY ALL MY FUTURE MACHINES FROM THIS SELLER!
