I replaced a Bio-Bidet with this with almost exact functionalities. We used the seat heater function with the Bio-Bidet which cracked the seat in just a few months. I bought the Bio -Bidet on sale from Costco for $199. This one cost me $168, I think. The Bio-Bidet had a more professional remote control but one of the buttons stopped working. This one has spelling errors in the writings on the remote. I chose to give It a 5 * considering how good it is performing compared to Bio-Bidet for $30 less than the sale price. I love the instant hot water function, warm air dryer, the night light, and the separate remote control. Double-tap the shower button for the nozzle to go back and forth which covers more linear areas.

Me and my girlfriend are loving this toilet seat. It's winter and the heated seat is keeping our buns warm! Is was pretty simple to install the plumbing, although the instructions have some pretty rough translations, although I find them to be fun others might not. The heated bidet feature is amazing, I tried it without heating and am I sure glad I got the heated one. Nightlight is great, it's only blue but it serves it's purpose. The air dry leaves something to be desired, it's off center and almost toasts the buns a little too much or not enough depending on the setting. Temp is only in Celsius, which I'm fine with but my girlfriend wishes it was in Fahrenheit. Overall I think it's a great purchase, really enhances the bathroom experience.

Works everything except water in floor

The translation to english had flawsThe instruction were OK but the control panel lettering is too small to read. An additional label to be placed above the control holder with larger (3x) characters would have been helpful. This applies also to the lettering in the instruction booklet. The 3 way water connector had wrong size threads. Installation was a HUGE problem with provided pipe threads and water leakage took many attempts to remedy.The installation quit working upsetting my wife. Found out that the power cord switch had tripped, possibly due to an overload. The manual english was awful and hard to understand

After purchasing a different one prior, and it didn't work...I returned it and bought this one. Not only was this one cheaper but it was super simple to install. I'm very satisfied and I'm so glad this one works and it was cheaper...thank you

I just love the heated seat and the ability to heat the water for the bidet the heated air is a really nice touch. I look forward to using this every time! Hit auto and enjoy it does all the work with just one touch

The toilet size so far, of the 4 seats we have, is probably the smallest. Trying to give it tries before determining to send it back but it is not very comfortable.As an overweight guy, the controller is questionably placed and I worry about breaking it each time I sit down. Also the fat hits the buttons because they are high. My skinny partner also hits the edge of the buttons which tells me it probably does this for everyone (unless maybe you are a kid, which this seat feels like it is meant for)The pressure is very low. Turbo mode makes no change other than just going from low pressure to high over and over again. No difference from the highest pressure setting on normal.No preheating the water. Comes out cold and then eventually warms up, which normally you are finished by then.The sticker for the buttons is lifted which seems to be part of the design (cant pull off and re-add it.). Makes the lights blend into the other light areas making it hard to tell which light is on or off. (very very cheaply made)Would say compared to C2/C3 and SB1000, this one is more for kids or similar. Being that the price is about the same as the others, don't think I would recommend this. Feel this would be more of a $140-$160 bidet.Trying to give it a chance but so far, it has not been good.Two starts because at least it functions somewhat. Still have to wipe after due to low pressure.

I was unable to install a cheaper bidet because the toilets seat holes were uneven. I was surprised at the number of features at your fingertips. Warm water and toilet seat, front and back position,turbo boost and air dryer. Easy to install and lights up to guide you.
