Is the pouch on size large bigger than the mediums. Waist was fine but pouch is too small on the US mediums

There isn’t much of a pouch. And that is on the biggest size! Otherwise it fit great

how much will they lift my fishing pole and tackel box and are they made from stretchy material

They are stretchy and yes, they do a nice job of lifting the pole. Very sexy to wear by themselves, however, maybe not at the beach. I wore this thong on a beach in FL last month where a lot of guys were wearing scanty thongs, but this one lifted me up so much it appeared that I was enjoying the beach way too much. Had to find a secluded spot to switch up into a different one. Nice to wear under jeans- nice bulge effect.
