Does this kit include the weld in bung?

No, it does not include the weld-in bung. I got mine from the header supplier.

I know my 2011 suburban has two banks but if my exhaust comes off each cylinder head and y’s to one do i really need two wideband controllers?

Two will be more accurate. I just welded bungs on both sides, use one sensor and switch sides if necessary

How do I calibrate O2 sensor

In order to calibrate the wideband gauge, the sensor needs to be removed from the exhaust and placed in ambient air. Fuel residues present in the exhaust pipe can skew an attempt at recalibrating if the sensor is not removed

Easy to install, reacts nearly instantly, instructions are well-written and exhaustive. I have this feeding the AFR input for a Megasquirt PNP2 controller and they are a happy couple. The hundredths place is a nice touch. I have this gauge mounted to my steering wheel column and I can roughly gauge my AFR while watching the road during white-knuckle pulls with the bright scrolling colored LEDs.
