Found this glue on an Amazon search. Received it the next day, and very inexpensive. It seems to work perfectly. Just a small amount spreads well under the decals and glues them firmly on cardboard surfaces. I believe it would work just as well on smoother surfaces, without smearing them. In addition, it does not show in any way through transparent materials. It is easy to use, fast to apply, and does what it promises.
