Would I normally spend £160 on a massage seat, absolutely not. However after moving into a new house and having loads of gardening to do, my 55 year old spine was really starting to struggle and ached for days afterwards. I decided I was going to spend money on something decent.I did my research and really like the reviews of this so took the plunge.I have to say, it is worth EVERY penny. My back recovers so much quicker after using this seat for 20 minutes. It s a real life-saver. I know it is expensive but boy is it worth it !

I ummed and ahhed about buying this for ages because it was more expensive than many of the other chair massagers I had seen but the air compression feature intrigued me. I'm so glad I decided to pay more - this is a great product.It is very well packaged in a stylish box so would make an excellent gift for the lucky recipient. It is quite heavy so that's something to consider if you live alone and need to move it through the house to place on your chair. It comes with the charger lead and instruction manual with clear instructions for use. I'm being picky here but I would've liked some explanation about the different modes although it was great fun trying them all out.Straight out the box you can see that it is a premium product - they haven't scrimped on the materials. It feels and looks "expensive". It has 3 automatic programs that you can leave to do its thing, but you can also adjust the setting of the air compression during the program. I had to put the the air compression on the lowest setting or it would kind of push me forward too much so that the shiatsu balls didn't have the same effect, although that is probably because I am on the larger side - I assume this probably wouldn't be the case for a smaller person.The heat is gentle but enough to warm one's muscles enough for the massger to have the desired effect. The shiatsu massage is pretty firm for a chair massager and is particularly good for thoracic part of one's back up to the shoulder blades. I can totally see why some of the taller reviewers (I'm only 5'3) were less blown away by it - there are no rollers between the bottom of the shoulder blades and neck which is a shame. The neck massager is very firm so this would be particularly good if you experience neck pain. The rolling massage is more gentle but still effective. It might be the chair I am using it on but I don't feel like the lumbar massage is as firm as the thoracic one.I was really impressed with the air compression, particularly underneath one's thighs and this takes the chair to a whole new level.If you are under 5'10 and are considering buying a chair massager, I would definitely recommend paying a little extra and buying this for the air compression alone - it's great!

I'm on a chair for most time of the day and as you can imagine I have stiff back and neck.In the morning the stiffness causes me pain and I was looking for a something to use after the stretching routine that could help me to solve this problem.I found this product and used it in the morning and evening.After the 4th day I can tell that it effectively does its job. Back and neck are much less stiff and I can work and sleep in a much comfortable way.

Have for weeks been suffering from Sciatica, lower back pain, leg, numbness etc. couldn’t sleep for more than two hours at a time, let alone walk more than 10 metres without having to stop and take the weight off my leg. Eagerly I unpacked it, read the instructions, and tried it out (twice) once on the auto setting and then on manual, where you can choose exactly the programme to suit your specific needs.Result, last night I slept for nine hours, this morning I would say there is a 50% improvement in my mobility and 60% improvement in the pain.The one word I would use is - transformational, and my three words of advice would be get one now.

Very dissapointed. It felt like such an excellent product for the first few weeks. I bought this as a present for my father who was thrilled by it.Unfortunately the neck massager part stopped working by the third week. Very dissapointed as spent a good amount of money and looked promising
