It mattereth not a whit whether you go with the left-hand or right-hand version for your printer; you'll mount it wherever you figure it'll be convenient. If I were you, I'd mount it somewhere left of center, but your circumstances may be different from mine. While you're at it, you might as well upgrade your linear bearings to polymer, too, and your control board to one of the many alternatives. It isn't big enough for that load, and the crimped terminals sometimes catch fire. The one on the ender-3 will work just fine. The limit of a ptfe tube is around 240-250. Petg prints with a hotend at 230-250 usually, just make sure the filament you buy isn't one of the odd ones that might need higher temps. It made the print very fragile and much less dense. I noticed that if I pushed the filament into the stepper motor it would print normally, but as soon as I stopped manually feeding it the print would become fragile again. I disassembled the stock part to find there was a crack in the plastic and it want pinching the filament correctly while feeding. This replacement is much stronger, made from metal, with dual gears for gripping the filament. Easy swap out, takes about 5 mins, and immediately fixes the issue.
