Is there a special wrench to install these pedals ?

You'll need an 8mm allen wrench. Note that the left pedal has left hand threads and the right pedal, right hand threads. Clean the threads in the crank with removal and apply a light oil to the new pedal's threads to ease future removal.

Are the blue cleats included in the package?

Excellent Pedals, no worries! Yes, mine came with blue cleats. However, I did notice they are available with yellow cleats also.
