Great product!
This arrived exactly as described. The DynaTrap instructions I have donโt have the part number listed in them. This fit my bug zapper perfectly. This was easy to install and very effective.

It definately works in a Mosquito Magnet. But does not seem to attract Asian Tigers
After 20 years of running a Mosquito Magnet Liberty I finally went out and bought a Liberty Plus. This is a really good unit, but I'm talking about the lure. Ran the magnet the first night with no lure and picked up a good bit of brown mosquitoes. Popped the lure in the bottom of the snout (left the cap off) and the next day *MORE* mosquitoes. It's picking up the big brown ones and the small brown ones which fly at night. However it's not attracting the Asian Tigers, which we have here in Maryland. Ug. So I'll run this for awhile and see if I can get one of my old Liberty units working again at which point I'll go back to Lurex (which did work for AT's). But if you have the annoying brown night mosquitoes this will definitely call them into the trap.

Stinky but Effective!
This works!! I used this for an indoor trap, & people are not lying to say it "stinks". It smells like the body odor of someone who went for a 5 mile run without any deodorant! However, the mosquitoes LOVE it! FYI: the smell dissipates within a couple days, & it caught every mosquito in my house within a week. I live in Florida where mosquitoes are a year round issue, so I'm always desperate to get rid of dozens of mosquitoes that come in every time I get groceries... that's worth the smell in my opinion! I've used other less stinky versions, but the mosquitoes ignored them & bit me instead. I think the bad reviews are from people who got dried up packs that simply weren't effective. Only bad thing is you get one packet and it's supposed to last 60 days... I personally feel that's stretching it. I think at best it's 45 days, & probably less if you use it outdoors with the elements. For indoor use, it can't be beat!

Mosquito Magnet Compatible - Sort of
I bought this DynaTrap version instead of the Mosquito Magnet trap version due to cost. This pack is $17.99 and lasts 60 days so the cost per day is .29. The Mosquito Magnet version is a 3 pack for $29.99 and lasts 16 days each and the cost per day is .62. To get it to fit, I folded the packet in to thirds and inserted it in to the opening another reviewer suggested. Don't insert it in to the tube portion that has the suction in that leads to the trap/net. I included a picture for reference. Does this packet work better than the Mosquito Magnet version? Don't know yet. Unless this doesn't work at all, I don't plan on trying the other most expensive version. PSA: Put on gloves before touching this packet. It stinks and the smell get stuck on your fingers. Had to wash them at least three times with hand soap to get the smell off. I don't recommend wandering around in your yard after touching this as there could be residual smells on you that mosquito's smell that you can't! Head indoors after touching!

We don't see much difference in mosquito catching ability with these vs. without.
Doesn't seem to attract any more, or less, mosquitos than using the trap without it. Seems to attract more flies though. This smells pretty bad. Luckily when placed outside, it isn't terrible ... but you do not want this packet sitting next to you on a warm day due to the odor. Our Dynatrap used to be really, really effective at catching mosquitos. For whatever reason, this season it doesn't seem as effective at all. We ordered this lure hoping it would go back to its old effectiveness but its about the same. Overall, given how pricey this little lure is ... I would say to just use the trap without it. We didn't notice much of a difference in mosquito collection. If black flies or garbage flies are an issue, you may get more of them when using this. I hope my honest review after using the product was helpful to you. Were are huge Dynatrap fans ... but just don't see the results of adding this.
