Tastes nice, clean ketogenic ingredients from a good brand.
I use this a lot as someone who is on a keto diet. I trust the brand and their product ethos. It goes very well with fish, which anyone on a ketondiet should be earing regularly.

Very healthy and nice just a bit expensive
The taste becomes more manageable after some time slightly overpowered by the ACV, it’s really healthy and only contains few ingredients and seed oil free including sunflower oil. A downside is that it’s expensive for the amount in the jar. The consistency is good, and thickness too it’s good for salads or eggs or sandwiches. The size of the jar is smaller than expected.

A drop in quality recently and difficult to get a refund.
Usually great but recently the jars are arriving looking like a soft cheese and splitting (turning watery yellow) on the plate. I tried to get a refund but you need the batch number, the amazon order isn't enough, which is sad as I've previously bought 28 jars. I only had 1 jar split out of the first 24 jars but 2 out of the last 4. All stored the same way; cupboard unopened, fridge once opened.

A great find!
It's wonderful to find a mayonnaise using olive oil. I can't eat seed oils because they give me eczema so this mayonnaise is brilliant. It tastes wonderful too!
