Purchased this item to include lazer engraving in my woodworking. I have to say I'm impressed at the ease of use and connectivity. I did notice one small issue but it was easy to correct, the aluminum extrusions used for control arms were out of 90 degrees from each other, not a big deal and 10 minutes later I had it corrected. All in all I would recommend this product for any hobbyist looking for an affordable and portable Lazer engraver. Thank you Aufero for bringing this product to market.

The only "complaint" I have is no option to buy the machine and all the laser modules together as a bundle. But beyond that it exceeded my expectations. It is very easy to use. I have only messed with 3d printers and this is my first laser. Great bang for buck and great for beginners!

Words cannot describe the love i have for this thing. It does SO much. from Wood to Vinyl it does it all. Haven't tried engraving glass yet but everything else is smooth. Just make sure to clean your lens and focus the laser with the cylinder anytime you change to a different height and you wont have problems.

The x-axis does not work at all. I tried to unplug and replug the x axis motor, but still nothing. I feel fortunate it didn't catch fire. I hear bumping it will cause automatic shut down if moved. When I saw only the y axis moving with the laser on at 80% I panicked and bumped it to activate the supposed safety feature. It did not stop running. I had to unplug it. I have experience working with and building 3d printers. I was really excited to get into laser etching. So far I am very disappointed. I would like to discuss a replacement or replacement parts with the seller to fix this, and hopefully get this issue resolve. At this time I don't know how to contact them directly.

The media could not be loaded.  This was super simple to assemble, and the machine just worked right out of the box. It doesn't seem to be powerful enough to go on stock settings, but when slowed down, it's pretty impressive. I've only had it a day, but I look forward to tinkering

I love the results of the laser engraver, but it frequently stops with "unknown errors", ruining the piece being worked on and occasionally even loses power completely.

Certain software is not compatible with Mac OS. The description tells you that it is. Also, a subscription fee is required if you want to take full advantage of this product. A message from the seller informing me of both pieces of information, was sent to me on the date of the item's arrival.

Difficult to set up lightburn , very easy to use laser once lightburn is set up
