What is the decibel reduction rating? Is there any metal in this product?

I do not know the decibel reduction, I put them on myself and it significantly reduced the sounds. I was in my living room with the TV volume on 15. Yes there is metal, the headband is made of metal but is covered with some type of plastic covering.

Are the earmuffs made of latex or vinyl?

I don’t know. I returned mine, they did nothing. In my opinion they are just for looks and don’t do any noise canceling.
