Every day from the second I gave birth I smeared this on my chest. I also was sure to shower in a shower with one of those removable shower heads and never got my chest wet for 2 weeks after birth. This smelled kind of odd but not terrible. But it worked great, I only had milk come in for three days total, it was never painful when it came in, and I didn’t even use a full tube of this even though it’s a small tube.
