I only gave it 3 stars because it arrived damaged. The loop to attach it to a Keychain was torn when I opened the package. I contacted customer service, through Amazon, because I didn't get a response back from the company after leaving them a product review directly. So Amazon customer service submitted a refund for me. Overall, this would have worked perfect for my teenage daughter. We checked out the light and the flip tab together and it was very easy for her to operate. I'd recommend this for ladies, for sure. Men, your fingers will probably be a little thick to tap the light button, as it is a small area to press.

The pepper spray constantly falls out of the sleeve it’s in. I’ve picked it up off the street or out of the road when I’ve heard it hit the ground every day since I bought it. It’s just a matter of time before I don’t realize it’s gone. I’ve only had it a week. No point. You’ll lose the most important part… the pepper spray

The pepper spray slides out easily. I’m aware of this happening now and I’m looking for something better for my keychain.

The light never worked and now the pepper spray falls out of the holder so the whole thing's completely useless!! I wish I could give negative stars but that's not an option!!!!

I cannot return or request a replacement as Amazon states this item is not returnable. I bought this specifically to put on my keychain and it broke the FIRST day I had it. If I keep it in my purse it’s impractical to say I can use it for a person coming at me. I wish they could just replace it.
