Some facts.......
If you browse through the kindle books regarding "MIND" you will lets say encounter some 299 books MIND over the body, etc... the mind seems to control but you will find ONLY 1 book "BODY over the mind"...strange or is it something the ego thinking not want us to know. If 100 people reading books MIND over the body,etc.... but lets say 100 of them would start reading the book ""BODY over the mind"... certainly some 99 of them would in some stage be seriously chocked by there ego thinking and quickly delete or get rid of the book being confronted by the fact that spontaneously there was some kind a knowing emerging that hmm... things sometimes seem to happen out of the ego control but better leave that realising at once so there no need to go deeper into the reality as it could be.Anyway just to tell you that you hmm.... have never been able or never will be to PREVENT ANYTHING you do in life as you NEVER HAD or WIIL HAVE A CHOICE but to just be doing the thing you find yourself doing (approved or not by your ego thinking) every moment in your life... chocking??????Just be a little bit curious IF it is arranged in nature of your life...

An insightful and thoughtful foray into mindfulness
In this book, Jill Eng writes about choosing to be in our bodies, rather than being consumed by the thoughts and fantasies of the mind. Jill writes about these concepts clearly and concisely. I felt empowered to know that our thoughts only guess at what reality is, but our bodies show what is real. An insightful and thoughtful read.
