Very good roller! It does loosen my muscles and it comes with some good, helpful instructions on how to massage different parts of the body. Quite large, yet lightweight. It seems pretty durable. It doesn't have different-sized ridges like other rollers, but I find it very good nonetheless. Good value for money.

Brilliantly excellent

Good quality and just what I needed

Was recommended this by my consultant for an inflamed fascia from top of thigh to knee. Works very well, has eased the ache.

Being a tall person I'm used to having back pain. I do alot of stretches to help alleviate this. After following some videos I found out that using a foam roller can help with these exercises. This roller is great for what I need, it's very sturdy and it's been put to the test. My dog got a hold of it the day it arrived and it survived. It's ribbed surface really massages the low of my back when doing some of my exercises and as its firm you really can feel it. As it's my first ever foam roller I can't compare it to anything else but it definitely does the job and I fully recommend this product.

Quite firm which is ideal for what I wanted

The spots on the foam roller aren't as pronounced as I thought they would be. They aren't hard, just soft. I couldn't really feel it as as I was rolling with it. I do feel like the roller is a bit too soft and wished it was a bit firmer. It does include an instruction sheet which lists out the methods of using the roller which is nice.
