Instructions lacking
There are obviously different pads for each foot; however, there was neither any indication as to which was which nor any information as to the best placement in the shoe. I currently feel as if I have rocks in my shoes. I suppose finding a comfortable spot will have to be trial and error.

They do not stick when placed on my orthotic! ...
They do not stick when placed on my orthotic!!! I then tried to glue them on and have ruined my expensive new orthotic. I would not buy these again!!!

Excellent quality and work as intended
Good quality and work well in my shoes and alleviated my foot pain. Be aware that once firmly positioned in place with glue strip on the pad, they are difficult to re-position without ruining the pad.
