This arrived quickly and does fit my Apple Watch, plus the actual band seemed steady.That said, all photos associated with this item how a narrowing (tapering) band but it's 18mm its whole length.Also, although the catch is relatively small, underneath the mechanism is 45mm log and relatively thick hard metal (will try and add a photo).As a result I can't recommend this item, the fact that it always has a £5 discount and so retails at £7.99 says something and I am returning as not as described

Strap fits well will Apple Watch 7. The colour is slightly darker than the watch bezel but still matches nicely. Overall nice product for the money
