The Movo MV-RC100 had the "Microphone Attenuator Cable" in the name, and it came recommended by YouTubers for the Sony ZV-1. It didn't work 🤣 - I had to increase the "audio rec level" to the max, to barely hear my voice, and ofc the static noise got A LOT STRONGER & LOUDER. (vs the Rode original cable, audio rec level at 11 with great voice & can barely hear the static noise). So I've returned it and ordered another 2 cables, hoping that one of them would work. This would be better suited for getting audio from another device, like your TASCAM, and sending its audio to the camera.
