My family's favorite
A bit pricey but definitely delicious and works for anything- baking or eating as is. We like to sprinkle this ginger on top of our cakes, icecream, pancakes etc.

Good price
My wife uses these often in her baking. The price varies quite a bit so I usually wait for it to drop befor ordering. They taste great and well sealed to retain freshness

Great flavor with a bite
I use this as one of the ingredients in my poultry brines. The Ginger People make consistently good products. I also put some crystals in tea and just munch out of hand. Has a settling effect on the stomach and other health benefits that I suggest you research. Good value at this price. Recommend

These are awesome!
Great flavor. So far, I've just eaten a few pieces and chopped it up to put in homemade granola bars. I will always need this in my pantry.

Best for baking
I make great cookies with these. Everyone loves my Everything cookies that have 4 kinds of chips as well as the ginger chips.

Ginger Chips
Ginger is another form of cheap ginseng for Chinese. Put some in your drinks to keep your body warm. You can even put a few chips in your mouth during the day in winter time. It tastes better than ginseng, works maybe the same way.

Excellent
Really happy with this purchase. Packed carefully, protected like the Seller cares, the brand doesn't drown the product in sugar and the bite size can be added to anything from 5 Oz yogurt cups to cooking meals. Happy. 👍 from Boston

DELICIOUS!
This is a great product for any cook who loves ginger. Little nuggets of unadulterated ginger are covered in cane sugar, which is a nice balance to the sharpness of the ginger, as well as helping to keep it from sticking together. Another have reviewer has stated there is too much sugar... I don't find there is, especially when I'm adding the ginger to my morning oatmeal and I want that added sweetness. However, if one wants to remove some of the sugar it's easy to do. Simply pour the ginger into a large strainer and shake. About half the sugar will fall through the sieve. Then you can use what you need and store the rest in a zippered plastic bag.The size of the nuggets, about the size of regular chocolate chips, is perfect for baking, which is why it's called "baker's cut". I've been using this particular brand and product for over 5 years and have never been disappointed in the quality. And with ginger, a little goes a long way, so a bag lasts a fairly long time.
