You can go from reading a book to watching TV without changing your eyewear. **Q: I have double vision up and down not left and right. Is it possible to adjust for me?** A: It sure is. But I found them to be plastic lenses of not great quality. So I didn't find the glasses useful. But it certainly is a great design. Maybe they'll be a higher-quality version later. **Q: I wear contacts of R -13.5, L-9.5.
