This motorized TV stand is great. It’s hard to find a motorized TV stand for a 75” TV at a reasonable cost. The Negatve: The instructions were not included. Had to go on line and print them out. The manufacturer should label — like many other manufacturers — each bag with the part number. It’s hard to differentiate sizes from a picture. Also, is inches for size or both inches and metric.

Heavy duty and wonderful quality. My husband built a box for the campground and wanted the TV to be lifted upwards. A televator! The lift is high quality and works wonderfully.

The media could not be loaded. Built a cabinet to hide our tv away from the kids, hoping what’s out of site is out of mind, plus it’s more protected in a wood cabinet than out on a tv stand.This lift almost silently and effortlessly lifts our tv out of the cabinet. We only have a 40” tv, but it’s older and heavier than many of the new ones. Waiting on a mount to include the sound bar on the lift. Only advice I would give if you are planning on including a sound bar is give yourself more room inside. I left myself with only about 6-7” of interior depth with an exterior depth of 12”. If I had given myself 14” of exterior depth I would have saved myself some grief in having to modify the cabinet to get the sound bar to fit.Appears to have a decent anti-pinch safety mechanism. During testing of my lid, I had the lip of the lid catch on the mechanism and it back off really quick before even doing much more than leaving a slight mark in the soft pine I used for my cabinet.The packaging was heavy and mine appeared to have been somewhat roughly handled, but the only issue I had was a slight bend on one of the top brackets and the powder coating had cracked slightly.Over all very happy with the lift.

First impression great. Easy assembly with a few basic tools included. Travel up and down seems smooth and quite high. Surprisingly heavy and packed extremely well from factory.

I LOVE IT!!! All my guest are so surprised when they see the TV lift from behind the fireplace.

Item is sturdy, smooth, and quiet, lifts my old 50" TV easily. I thought it was broken with 4 beeps at first and found that hidden in the manual as overheat protection, no problem but that SHOULD BE MUCH MORE PROMINENTLY stated in the manual. Pretty easy to setup App and Alexa control. It works great once you learn the VERY badly designed controls. Memory set vs. "Go To" Memory position on the included remote, on the Tuya APP, and via Alexa are all VERY POORLY designed. Completely unclear which is "set" vs which is Go To. Memory Set virtual and physical buttons, which should be RARELY done, are just as big and right next to the Go To buttons (Tuya App is SLIGHTLY better than remote as it shows a tiny icon indicating going to). Alexa command is "set <devicename> to Memory one" vs "set <devicename> to Position one". Five minutes with an English expert having basic User Interface knowledge should be able to fix up these mistakes and take this to the 5 stars it would otherwise earn from assuming it is durable.

Easy to assemble.I installed it in a cabinet under our pergula. Being able to program the heights is on the remote is helpful.

I bought this lift to replace a more expensive model which I returned. (The lift I returned went through one or two up-down cycles and then gave an overheating signal and stopped working. The manufacturer said that the lift was designed for one cycle and then required 20 minutes to cool down. To my amazement, this was a feature and not a bug!) The Vivo runs smoothly and virtually silently at a moderate speed and has no problem lifting a 57-inch Vizio TV through multiple cycles. The remote control can be set for up to four preset heights, though I can't foresee wanting to set it at an intermediate height. Setup is relatively easy and the manufacturer provides more than adequate tools and hardware.
