this bathtub is amazing! I decided to wait to review it so me and my husband could put it to the test... and let me tell you almost a year later it is a staple in our weekly relaxation haha the jets are strong and the size is perfect for our whole family! We have a 10 mo th old son who loves it. Easy installation! It comes with everything in it pretty much all you have to do is plug it in and hook it up! Highly recommend its quality for the price.

Powerful jets & can fit it in a tight space. But it is really narrow. Not ideal for people with long legs. Not much room to move around & find a comfortable position. Surface is very slippery so buy a slip-resistant mat. Difficult to get out of bc one side is a thin chrome rail & it's hard to push yourself up on that, especially with no room to maneuver. Great if you are a small person. But definitely workable even if you're tall. I bought the much larger, corner style Empava jetted tub for a different bathroom in my house also. I lost some parts for that one & Empava's customer service was very helpful!

I love my wonderful whirlpool tub. Its so big my grand kids think it's a swimming pool, they don't want to get out, once they get in. One of the best choice I made in life.

Have used this for a month. So far, I’d buy again. Jets are great. Design is awesome. Hopefully it’ll last!

I've owned it for over a year and I'm very satisfied. We had to have a size that would replace our standard wall-to-wall tub. This was the only circulating one I could that would fit and it fit perfectly. The motor is very powerful. I only ever use it on the lowest pump setting. All of the outlets are adjustable. We have it in a small bathroom and with the glass side, it doesn't give the appearance of filling the room. It's a delight to soak in the hot circulating water after a day of straining muscles. A very good value.

The waterfall faucet was not designed for this tub. The water runs allover the top of the tub. They sent a replacement but it won't work it's the wrong size. Now we have been unable to get hold of them. Poor customer service and badly designed. This has cost a lot because our installer is unable to finish the install until the faucet issue is resolved.

A previous reviewer said it wouldn’t drain all the way and left 2-3” of water. Ours drained fast down to nothing and both my wife and I were in awe. Great tornadoes as the water sucked out. Not a drop left in the tub. The drain hose that came with the system connected to a lower drain in our floor, which I think is key to getting good drainage. The jets ran great and could easily be adjusted from low to high. We didn’t even know about the light show it gave off, which is activated by pressing the jet button. The hand shower is cool too except be careful when turning on the water the first time or you’ll get drenched like I did. Best tub I’ve ever owned!
