I rarely look anymore as most things we use are made in China. However, I find that American made products generally advertise that they're American made so going by that logic I'd say it's most likely made in china. It is a very high quality strainer and very convenient. I'm happy with it **Q: What is the depth of this colendar** A: My husband thinks 4.5 to 5 inches.
