Love it but it doesn't hold up to the outside elements. The wood stain peels.

Have hung these chimes in two different locations (NY and FL). They really didn't play much in NY. They play a little too much in FL. Love being able to turn it off when it gets to be too much (the cord lock that holds the center striker above the chimes is a great idea). The product description describes the tone as deep. Not! It is mid range. It is OK and has a good chime, but I prefer deeper. It is a little smaller than I expected, although I checked and it is correctly shown in the description. Quality and value are good (I bought it on sale). I recommend this product, but be aware the pitch is not what I would classify as deep.

I love the sounds of this chime but very disappointed in the craftsmanship. After hanging out for a week the paint and wood cracked. No customer service response for the warranty information after 3 tries on two different websites. I bought this particular wind chime due to thefavorable reviews, maybe mine is just a fluke but it seems I will never know and cannot use my wind chimeUPDATEI have changed review to 5 stars due to friendly and customer service once they did respond, Skybella sent me a replacement chime. I have not put this one out yet but was told the first chime with decent was from a bad batch. We will see.

Looks nice and makes sound. Better than my previous wind chime.

These are very attractive chimes. The soft, copper-like color of the powder coated aluminum has a soft tone that sound like gentle music. Some wind chimes become irritating after awhile, but these just keep sounding soft and gentle. We love them. They look good and sound even better. For the few weeks they've been outside, they still look brand new.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a little deeper note chime, it’s heavier then a lot of others and better quality then the generic sympathy chimes on Amazon. It comes with two sizes of wind catch. It looks beautiful and has a wonderful tone very musical and responsive to even slight breezes. Very nice quality chime, looks and sounds beautiful. Great addition to my collection and one of my favorites. Better quality then most. Recommend

Am disappointed that I. Less than 2 months the finish on the wood is starting to come off.

This is the challenge of shopping online. I was trying to replace a large set of wind chimes for my mother. I thought the 43" description indicated the length of the pipes, but the longest pipe in this set is only 18 inches. In fairness, they did include a photo showing that the measurement went from the top of the string to the bottom of the swinging ringer. I misunderstood what they were showing when I was shopping. This is more than I would have paid for something this size. It is in a nice box for gifting, though with all the shipping labels on it perhaps not quite as presentable.
