If you want blackout curtains keep this in mind...
If you're renting, or don't want to screw into your walls, these are an excellent alternative to hanging a curtain rod. They were easy to install and remove onto the blind brackets with basic hand tools. There is a slight amount of adjustment in the mounting bracket to allow you to adapt to a variety of blinds. Something to keep in mind if you're looking to purchase these with black out curtains. This bracket mounts the rod slightly below the blind mounts. This leaves a gap at the top of the curtain, due to being mounted in line with the mount as well as it pushes the rod approximately an inch away from the wall. If you're intending to use blackout curtains, it allows light through the top. For this, your best option is going to be a mount that you will have to screw into your wall. Easy to use, pretty sturdy, and does its job. I'd recommend them for anyone who is unable to have a fixed wall mount.

Works as advertised. Easy to install.
I was about to uninstall wooden mini blinds in a front window when I came across an advertisement for the NoNo Bracket. The problem I had was the blind itself didn’t cover the window entirely so I ventured on a quest to fix the issue and it was beginning to look hopeless. So, thought I would give this bracket a shot, I mean what did I have to lose at this point. The brackets are cost effective and of high quality. Didn’t have to read the instructions to install it. It was pretty much clip on and your done. Now, the blind itself was inset inside a window frame that wasn’t easily accessible so my circumstances weren’t typical, but it still worked for me. I put the clip on the panel as well. The bracket has a dark brown bronze finish and I bought a Kenney Glendale Window Curtain Rod, 28 to 48-Inch, Cocoa that matched the brackets perfectly. The brackets have remained in place since the day of installation and continue to hold up the curtain rod and the curtain. The curtain itself is long and medium weight. All I can say is, “Problem solved.“ Highly recommend this, it does just as it says it does and it is easy to install just like the advertisement says it is.

Perfect Solution for Curtains Over Blinds
I’ve been using the NoNo Bracket for my curtains and blinds setup, and it’s honestly one of those clever little products that just makes life easier. The hold is excellent once the rod is in place, it stays put. Even with heavier blackout curtains, it doesn’t sag or slip. Fits perfectly over my existing blinds without any drilling or damage to the wall. The installation was super simple, and it blended right in with my window setup. I got the black version, and it matches my blinds perfectly. The finish is clean and smooth, so it doesn’t stand out or look cheap. They feel strong and well-made not flimsy plastic like some others I’ve tried. Even after months of use, they haven’t bent or loosened. No slipping at all. The design grips the top of the blinds securely, and once the rod is set, it doesn’t move even when I open and close the curtains daily.

Good but a few flaws
I gave this product 4 stars (3.5 is more like it but that's not an option) because it appears to be well made and is a neat idea. However, it was too big for our vertical blinds. I thought we had standard-sized vertical blinds in this house but I guess the top rail of ours is smaller than others (who knew?), so even on the smallest setting this was too big. After measuring, our rail is 1.5" deep and this only gets down to 1.75". This information would be nice to list on the page as I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known it wouldn't fit. I jury-rigged it by shoving something in the ensuing space but it still made for a less-than sturdy installation. I opted to use it on a valence so that there is no chance my baby will be able to tug on the curtain and pull it down. That being said, our friends across the street installed it with no problems and love it so maybe our house just has weird blinds. My other issue is something I didn't think about until I installed it. Usually you install curtain brackets outside and above the window so it covers the entire thing to block out light and looks nice. Because these attach to the bracket directly, it sits out from the window more than it would otherwise and you are stuck going only the width of your blinds. If this doesn't bother you then you're golden, but I'm particular about the spacing of my curtains. Overall, a decent design and sure beats drilling anchors into walls, trying to avoid the oddly spaced metal studs in our current house but I won't be buying it for any more windows.

Very Helpful / Easy
I bought both types of No-No brackets, this review is specifically for the outside mounted variety. I have a set of vertical blinds over our deck sliding door. These brackets worked wonderfully. My only complaint at all, at really this was not a big deal, was that due to the bracket being at the very corner of the vertical blinds there is the tiniest little gap in the curtain and the edge of the door / window. Honestly this wasn't a big deal. These were easy to use / install ( I don't even think install is the right word since they were so easy) I would definitely purchase again and recommend to any one with a vertical blind they are trying to use curtains on. In fact - I found that these worked better on vertical blinds than standard brackets, as the standard brackets mounted on the wall tend to be too short to go over the entire vertical blind and you end up with like a small bulge at the top of your curtain.

A Renter's Dream! Pay attention to how your blinds are mounted to your wall
If you are anything like me, you probably HATE the generic look of vertical blinds. I was less than pleased to see that I was forbidden to take them down, as per my lease agreement. So I went searching on Amazon for a solution and VOILA! I would like to shake the hand of the person that invented this product! You will want to get the 3 pack for your sliding glass doors or any over sized windows you might have. If you have a heavier curtain rod, you might even want to get 2 of the double packs. Just remember that the vertical blinds are what is screwed into the wall and will be holding the weight of the new brackets, the rod and your curtains so make sure it is secure and can handle the weight. (not a lesson learned the hard way, just lots of forethought) The curved rod holder is generous in size. I have skinny rods that just sit in there and I have one large diameter rod. The set screw holds the large rod in place very well. The NoNo bracket doesn't add any remarkable bulk to your window despite that it sits on top of and away from the blinds. It really is a renter's dream come true. Blinds feel so cold to me. The property manager loved that I could make the place my own without making any new holes or removing their blinds. That's a win-win if you ask me! On a side note - I have read a lot of reviews saying that the brackets fell off and didn't hold. I am going to suggest that you pay close attention to the way your blinds are mounted - inside or outside of the window. (look at the pictures in the product listing) There are different brackets for each way the vertical blinds are mounted and if you do not have the correct one, it will not attach properly and it will fall off. This happened to me because I wasn't paying attention when I ordered. The company sent me a return shipping label for the one I ordered incorrectly. Kudos to the company since that was totally my fault! If more people paid attention to how the blinds are mounted I bet there would be 99% at 5 star rating! I have had mine up almost 2 years without an issue.

Great for renters!
I was looking for a solution to cover my vertical binds in the home I rent. I am not allowed to drill large holes so I could not mount a curtain rod in the usual way. I found these and was very excited to cover up the ugly vertical blinds in a safe, efficient, and cost effective manner. Tip: turn the tensioner backwards to get the tightest fit over the vertical blind track.

Great if they stay up
One of the brackets is fine and works well. The second bracket will not tighten over the valence - read: the screw tightens. So what? The thing doesn't stay on the valence and the curtains just fall down. I had to tape it up there, which probably won't stay because it's taped to the thin valence around screws and the tape can't even properly stick to enough surface. The same bracket is too small for the rod - the curve is tighter than the other side. I just squeeze the curtain rod into the curve and it sticks. Can't even use the little decorative screw to tighten on that one. If there was some kind of spring action or something, it would stay tight. But it just lifts off without taping it down. Awesome when the curtains fell down on me, and it knocked whatever's inside the adjustable curtain rod loose, so now it's also taped in the middle to keep it long. Ghetto.

Las regresé, no eran lo que esperaba
No se ajustan al riel, por más que lo apriete con el peso del continente y la cortina se afloja en unas horas si no es que minutos y se cae

Great invention!!
These NoNo Brackets work great over my vertical blinds. Happy with the purchase. I put them up yesterday with my new curtains and slept like a baby. Thank you NoNo Bracket Company for inventing these.

A lot of money and they don’t hold
Don’t buy these unless you are prepared to spend another £20 fixing them to your vertical blind brackets. I have used everything from double sided sticky tabs to gorilla glue and they just slip straight off. The sticky pads that come with the bracket are worse than unless also. You have to literally put a wedge behind the bracket and try to fix it to the blind track so in my opinion I’ve just waisted my money
