The second ingredient is Lactic acid! It also contains Glycolic acid, it has really wonderful ingredients. I've always been a Palmer's fan girl and, they have grown up. Now for the elephant in the room, the smell. I don't mind it, it's not the OG coconut smell anymore, I can deal with it. Unfortunately the guys in my house can not. I put it on in the morning, and by the time I'm ready to shower the smell has dissipated. For people with eczema this doesn't help, try AmLactin it has a really high concentration of Latic acid but is also unfortunately a lot more expensive. Oh and if the smell of this bothers you, buckle up!

Nice, but a little bit of a weird smell. I know the exfoliant requires a little extra perfume to cover the smell of it, I just wish they went with something other than citrus

I love the way this goes on the skin so smoothly without pulling or stretching. It absorbs very nicely and smells quite pleasant, a fragrance I would liken to chocolate. After 4 days of use the crepey skin on my arms is looking better. I have high hopes that in 30 days it will actually be somewhat firm. I have read that some people use it on their face, I'm going to give that a try too, perhaps it will help firm the skin enough to plump out the finer wrinkles. I find it very surprising that a product that works so well is so inexpensive.

Palmer you use to have a good exfoliating cocoa butter AHA product 3-4 years ago. I bought it many many times for years, but then you took it off the market. I was excited to see your exfoliating product back so I purchased this product but it is so different. Yes I read the reviews but thought it would be similiar to the old product. It is not! You changed the smell and the consistency. it's watery now and it smells different...not what I want. If I wanted a good exfoliating cream I would buy Gold Bond Radiance Cream. BUT I WANT PALMER'S COCOA BUTTER EXFOLIATING CREAM (smell and cream) I want the cocoa butter you are know for. That is what we all love about Palmer's cocoa butter products.

I get those little bumps on the skin and they're kind of annoying but using this lotion regularly helps me with exfoliating and keeping soft. I typically use this with a body butter after mostly for it's smell. This product doesn't have much of a smell. It's a bit liquidy but absorbs so fast it's nice! Great value, solid pump, solid ingredients!

The item I received is watery and has a strange smell. Normally I purchase this lotion in-store, so I’m very familiar with how it’s supposed to be. What I received is not the same.
