I do like the orange center for scoring it is a bit easer on the eyes than the standard black.

arrived on time in perfect condition
typically used Slow fire (B2) for target practice but NRA/Winchester bullseye competition is a combination of B2 and B3 targets. These are exactly as prescribed.

Quality at a Reasonable Cost
Exactly as advertised. The heavier paper helps to more clearly distinguish multiple shots close together.

Just as hard to score as they were in 1989
They are genuine and printed under the NRA no 1 contract, but they are still printed on inferior paper. The paper has a tendency to rip instead of punch clean. Impossible to score accurately.Now I remember why I don't buy these anymore
