I am unaware of the risks associated with drinking non sanitized tea when you are pregnant or a baby. If there are risks than this is a great solution. However, if you are able to drink organic tea, then this is an unnecessary downgrade. This tea has a slight burnt taste to it as it seems it has been cooked to sanitation the tea. Drinking experience was ok, but I would definitely buy and drink this tea if I had no other options like conventional or organic tea.

This tea is delicious and amazing! It really works! My breastfed 5 month old and I are sleeping so much better! It is now a must in my nightly routine. I am more relaxed while getting my other 4 kids ready for bed.

I love all tea except this tea, it taste horrible. Threw it all out.

Not as good as Valerian Deep Sleep IMO. But it wasn’t bad.
