I have been taking this product for about 5 weeks now and I have noticed that the foggy vision is clearing up. My vision is getting sharper, I can read fine print again. colors seem more brilliant. This is very good for the body but only when you obey their instructions to combine your supplement with a meal containing oil and fat for applicable nutrient density absorption. I use an expensive and unsalted organic nut butter for oil and fat and I get way more benefits from blue berry strong than I can count.
