**Q: How much coffee by weight will each of these hold?**
A: This depends, because certain volumes of coffee will weigh differently depending on the roast level. I have no issue fitting a whole 12oz bag of anything in the 1.2L size (light roast specialty coffee fits with plenty of room and 16oz of that should be no problem), but if you are buying darker roasts in 16oz bags you may not be able to fit the whole bag in one canister.
