Review: Fantastic product and service from the seller - I like it, but with a caveat. I bought this 7 months ago and work with it every day. Sound is good, function is good, and it's comfortable. However, this headset just stopped working today. It does not get at all abused. Puzzling. The microphone stopped working. I am buying another one to replace it because I like it and don't want to spend $100 on a different set. I'm hoping this next set stays working. Except for that, it's great. Quick update. I got ahold of the seller through desertcart and they are replacing the headset with no hassles. Response from Wantek was very quick and they were completely helpful. I am raising my rating to 5 stars. Great service! Thank you! I love the product and use it every day for work.

If my company needs more hands-free headsets, we will definitely be using this company and brand. Thanks! ORIGINAL: Ordered because another employee had the mono set and loves it. Immediately after plugging into my phone there was a loud buzzing in the ear piece and then a burning plastic/wire smell from the volume control switch then no sound whatsoever. I had my co-worker plug the set into his phone and he also got the loud buzzing sound as well and was not able to hear the caller and they were not able to hear him. As a positive though, the set was very comfortable and shipping was quick.

I like it, but with a caveat. I bought this 7 months ago and work with it every day. Sound is good, function is good, and it's comfortable. However, this headset just stopped working today. It does not get at all abused. Puzzling. The microphone stopped working. I am buying another one to replace it because I like it and don't want to spend $100 on a different set. I'm hoping this next set stays working. Except for that, it's great. Quick update. I got ahold of the seller through Amazon and they are replacing the headset with no hassles. Response from Wantek was very quick and they were completely helpful. I am raising my rating to 5 stars. Great service! Thank you! I love the product and use it every day for work.
