Big change of mind — It’s fine
In the hands of a novice airbrush user, my original title for this review was “I Feel like I Was Taken.” However, when used properly, with the regulator attached to the inlet of the airbrush/air gun, it does his job as intended. The loss of a star is due to its construction. The knob is hard to turn, which makes it harder to be precise when adjusting and could get painful if repeatedly adjusted during a session. My guess is that it was designed with the intention of accommodating glove wearers. Compounding this is the indicator dial, which is small and has very course markings (setting to less than 10 psi is impractical). The twice-as-expensive Iwata inlet-pressure regulator is much more sensitive and has greater detail on the dial face, so, noticeably easier to use… I’m glad I splurged on it. As photos taken at that time show, I was using it incorrectly hence it was simply measuring the air pressure at its inlet. You’ll have to take it on faith that when I hooked it up attached to an LPH-80, it worked as advertised. Pic 1 depicts when the pumps regulator was set to zero. Pic 2 shows that the 3M regulator (incorrectly placed) simply reflects the pressure set at the pump, regardless of the 3M’s adjuster setting.

I have never bought a 3m product that didn't perform. It is over 3 year old now and responds like day one. I would recommend.

I apparently have no idea what I am doing.
I am new at painting so I cannot blame this gauge but it shows the line pressure before the regulator when not in use and dropped to zero when spraying. It is as if I connected it backwards. I had two of these so I put both in line and now the first one shows the full line pressure and the second gauge shows what the first regulator is dropping the pressure too. Not perfect but it got the job done. I assume it is because I do not know what I am doing so I can't really blame it.

No funciona, no lo pude regresar pues lo utilicé después de la fecha limite para hacer la devolución. Deja escapar el aire y no regula el flujo.
