My son said it was a great product

First thing that surprised me was that the tub is not that big ( I’ve shown it next to a glass with 8oz of water and Creagon mix).However , the serving size is small too ( just a single scoop ) so should last for the 30 servings .The recommended dilution is 6 to 8 oz ( 1 cup ) so this is not like many pre and post workout supplements you add to a large 1litre + bottle.The powder takes a bit of agitation to dissolve so add to a bottle you can shake.The taste is fruity and pleasant , and it does taste of mango.It definitely felt good after a spin glass, and restored some energy along with another water bottle to replace fluids.Will keep using and see if body fat / muscle ratio changes.So far , I like it and look forward to it post exercise.

I took this product for 5 days and stomach cramps kept getting worse so I stopped using it. I gave the it to a friend of mine and he experienced the exact same discomforts.

I put 1 scoop (5g worth of creatine) in about 10oz of water. It was too sweet, but easy to drink. Probably need more like 16oz of water to even out the sweetness. The thing I really like about it is it didn't upset my stomach. My previous brand was really causing me to get an upset stomach (like acidy stomach) for several hours after taking it, so it is nice that this one doesn't do that. I'm sure it was a trace impurity in the other product I was using that was bothering me. Kind of scary when you think about it.

I am admittedly a bit surprised by how tasty this turned out to be! I've had more than my fair share of supplements that purport to taste decently and then just taste like badly flavored medicine. Not this! There's a bit of bitterness at the very end that let me know this was a supplement, but otherwise this was a delightfully fruity drink. The orange mango is definitely a winning flavor combo. If you don't do it for the flavor, do it for the gains! I made myself a straight glass as a test and liked it so much I decided to start adding a scoop to my morning smoothie. This says it's for a post-workout but I'm doing mine in advance of my weigh training and it feels like it gives me a little extra something while I'm lifting.

I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!

This is a hard product to review. The effects are noticeable and I do feel that I'm performing better at the gym(I take this before my workout) but the flavor isn't my favorite. I'll probably try and see if they have another flavor available and order that next time since I do like the performance I'm getting from this
