Absolutely spot on!
Excellent quality. Holds meat securely making it far easier to carve. Juices collect around edge making it easy to pour into gravy.

Good quality, watch out for the spikes
This is a good quality, very reasonably priced, carving tray. It'll handle a medium turkey or similar, but may not be able to contain a very large joint. It comes with little silicone covers on the spikes, but obviously they're removed when in use or washing up. This is where the only issue I have with it comes in. You have to be extremely careful when cleaning. Not only can the spikes draw blood if you are unlucky (or in my case, stupid) enough to jam them into your hand under water. I also found that whatever I was using to wipe it clear would catch on them too. Sponge, dishcloth, scourer - all suffered damage to some degree or other. Also, in case it's not obvious, keep the spike covers for safe storage.

Excellent quality at a great price.
This metal carving board with spikes is very well made and a excellent quality at a low price. It's got a small juice gully around the edge which is good to collect the meat juices so don't spill over the table. The 5 spikes got rubber covers when not using which is good. Highly recommended for the price. 👍
