Thanks.** A: You can ride on or off paved surfaces. **Q: Would a 16 year old fit on this at all?** A: Unless the 16 year old is very petite, I would say no. My child was 10 years old and 5’7. Ended up sellling it. **Q: How long does it take to set up?** A: Not long. The bike was not ridden hard, just on the sidewalk and in the road. The metal snapped so it’s not something that could be repaired or screwed back on.
